The Place To Be From: slimpimpin Date posted: 8/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Consider your options out there. If you want to live in St. Pete this is the place to be. I looked at over 14 different apartment complex's and this one topped them all!! Everything is well kept here...I had a couple of maintenance issue when I first moved in and they were taken care of in under 24hrs, but what apartment you move into doesn't!! The people are nice and where I live has an awesome view and is very quiet. I like it here and when my friends come over to visit they are wowed because there apartment complex isn't this nice!!
