As the Community Director here, I make every effort to respond to the concerns of our residents. I apologize if you have not been able to reach me. As of today, I have no messages either from our phone service or our staff of anyone that has failed to reach me. I typically arrive here prior to business hours and continue to be available throughout the business day. I cannot speak for why we have not communicated. I set appointments everyday with residents requesting my attention and invite you to do the same if you have an unresolved issue. You have listed parking, grounds, maintenance and office staff as areas of dissatisfaction. Therefore, I would love your feedback to see what improvements we may have overlooked. I look forward to hearing from you,
