The manager wants to make a difference but every lake I walk by has trash built up in it. Look at building 27 for example, trash in EVERY corner behind that lake. Send someone to clean it up! The entry doors on most apartments have some sort of mold, the walkways are always trashy. I understand that people have to take care of their own apartments but it should be cleaned by ground maintenance personnel. You want suggestions' Clean the lakes up...ALL OF THEM. Pressure wash the residents doors and keep the grounds up to par. The dumpster area still looks trashy, I recommend you paint it or just rebuild a more enclosed area. Come on lets get real here! We pay 1200 a month for a 2 bedroom and were getting this sort of complex'' This is one of the older communites in the area and yet you charge just as much if not more than the rest of the complexes. Your only excuse is that it's a "nature lover's paradise" I do not think nature enjoys trash in the lakes. There are even large plastic objects in the lake behind Bldg 27. Come on guys! Do your job! Also, an office worker is a pain to deal with. This individual slips in comments that insult most individuals intelligence. The parking lot is a mess because there is less parking with these new garages. Most people block the roadways with cars lined up along the sides of the buildings. I guess it's too late to do anything about that. Inlet Bay wanted a money maker and they got it now with charging 100 dollars a month for these cheap garages. They take up more parking spaces than they make room for. They took 15 parking spaces for 6 garages. Do the math people! You will have a parking problem if you reduce the parking spaces by that much of a percentage. I have talked to my neighbors and I am not the only one with this point of view. Fix these issues or you will lose customers. We get the word around about bad complexes. I have co-workers that ask me all the time about great places to live. My lease ends in April, so I have to endure this pain for 6 more months. Fix the problems! Otherwise I will take my 1200 dollars a month to a brand new complex with garden tubs and nice new facilities/office staff. To be fair, I spoke with the manager today and several of these issues are supposedly going to be fixed. So time will tell the truth on that one. He seems to be dedicated to his job so I think he is actually trying.

Sincerely,
Anonymous..
Why anonymous you ask'' Because my neighbor told me he made a complaint through the management company and now it is in his file with the complex. An office worker actually told him it was in his file! Why would I make enemies and make my life hard''''

I also live at Inlet Bay, in bldg #27. Not only do I not see trash in my lake but there are no garages anywhere near my building. I ve been real happy here. If you have a problem w/ an individual in the office why try to make all these people working look bad. You complain alot and say " come on guys do your job" but also rate these "guys in maintenance category decently. Decide what you re trying to say pal. These "guys" have given me great service for 7 and a half years.
