I have lived at Inlet Bay since July and I love it here. It is very quite at night and I never hear my neighbors. The rent is a little higher, but the apartments are worth it. They are remodeling them and everything is new. If you want to live in a nice place, you have to pay for it. "you pay for what you get" As far as the staff: office staff is very nice and friendly. They are always there to help if you need something. Maintenance is pretty good about fixing anything within 24 hours. I have only had to call them out 2 or 3 times for minor things. They were very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. I am very happy here and plan on renewing my lease.

Hey, Anonymous, now that I think about it, if this is such a great place, why hide your name or provide a vaild username? Could it be the fact that you are or were a staff member that started working here at the same time this review was posted? I don't see any other anonymous names in here...DO YOU?

Good for you "Anonymous", you must be or be directly related to the staff! To anyone else contemplating this risk -why not spend your life savings on Lotto as well??? My interpretation of this: a gross and total misrepresentation of the actual truth! Good Luck to those who take the risk at Inlet Bay... YOU WILL CERTAINLY NEED IT!!!

Uh, Mr. or Ms. Anonymous, you plan on renewing your lease? Well since you've been here just 5 months, you're still in the Honeymoon. Wait until something "major" breaks, like the cieling fan fell in my place. Wait until your car is vandalized, wait until when you go to renew your lease you find that it's going up $120 a month for the next year. I'm not so sure you'll be whistling Zippidy-do-da after that. You'll be joining the rest of us: moving out for some place more affordable. Inlet Bay sucks us all in with the $100 off the monthly rent for the 1st year, then sticks it where the sun doesn't shine if you renew. Have fun, see ya in Palm Harbor! ---rob Unit #4405.

I work for a totally different apartment community so I really dont care about Inlet Bay but I do have a comment for Mike Rogers... You are saying you got "$100 off the monthly rent for the 1ST YEAR" and you were going to receive an increase of "$120 a month for the next year". So basically you are only getting a $20 increase for your renewal, right? Seeing as your special, when you moved in, was for the 1st year. You do the math!

to "aaarp". Even if you enjoyed a $100/month break on the 1st year, when it goes from $872 to $992, that's $120 more a month. If the place could afford to give the discount for a year, why not keep the discount in place to encourage more people to renew. Now you do the math, smart ass.
