Good God...get a life.
If you are not happy here then you won't be happy anywhere. I have lived in quite a few St. Pete apartment complexes and have never enjoyed my apartment so much as I do here at Inlet Bay.
My suggestion to you is "buy a house". My suspicion is that you will still not be happy and only then will you appreciate Inlet Bay. You will probably become that one hated, pain in the butt member of a home owner's association that everyone one runs from when they see you come out your front door.
It is really a shame that this rating site is of no use to a real apartment looker. It appears that one or two disgruntled residents use it as their crazy forum as noone else will listen to their ludicrous rantings.
My one last suggestion...get off the computer...if you see a piece of paper by the lake...bend over...pick it up...problem solved...you might feel better if you did something that was actually productive.
I love my home and my neighbors.

Are you an apartment critic or something? Have you lived in every apartment complex in St. Petersburg that you think that this place is the only wonderful community you claim it to be? Obviously you were living in crackville and this is a penthouse suite. I lived in other complexes myself and they weren't nearly as bad as they are here. If you love it here so much, then why don't YOU bend over and clean this complex yourself. You say for everyone else to get off the computer and pick paper up outside the apartment? It seems to me you don't practice what you preach otherwise you wouldn't have been sitting in a chair in front of a computer to write YOUR OWN opinion.

The person says they love their home and their naighbors. They must not have lived in Bldg. 44! No, seriously. The place is nice but and it's a serious BUT, the rent increase I posted earlier tonight is a serious problem. Our same apartment would now be more than $1200!!! We were paying $872 (with a $100 discount). Has I.B. changed that much? Well no. From the looks of things it hasn't.
Go love your neighbors and if they love you back, they'll write some favorable reviews on here b/c I.B.'s ratings are sinking as fast as the rent is rising.
