Not as bad as some.................. From: maf1120 Date posted: 2/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've read the other reviews. My apartment is super. The maintenance staff is really good and tries to be responsive. The office staff turns over monthly. This is the first apartment I've lived in for over 35 years so it was all new. The manager is arrogant, ignorant and incompetent. You can walk right by him and he will ignore your existence. There is a problem with dog poop everywhere. The office does nothing to try to end the problem. There is no handbook or rule book for that matter. We have the same amount of inconsiderate asses that all complexes do with rap music playing as high as it will go and stupid young people drunk and raising hell. I don't think you can get away from that anymore. other than the poop and the very apparent lack of interest in keeping the complex clean it is okay. I'd never recommend it.
