What looks like a well maintained quite apartment complex when you view the grounds, certainly is not what you get after you sign the lease. Oh sure they may make some attempts at upkeep of the grounds and the buildings. Lets face the facts; the "security gates" are ALWAYS BROKEN, the dumpster is usually sitting out in the parking lot creating quite an ugly site. When you have a complaint you might as well kiss any hopes of having it taken care of away because you will just be given the run around. Brian (apartment mangager) rarely returns calls unless you have tried at least 3 times and then you get some response that is only trying to make you happy at the moment, something that does not fix the real cause of your complaints. Trust me there is much better ways to spend your money. If you are looking at signing a lease DONT DO IT. Things look nice until you have signed on the dotted line and then all concerns about you as the tenant are gone along with the $1000 dollars you are going to spend in rent. The apartments are supposed to have plenty of insulation between them to keep the noise level down but, let me tell you we have been woken up by the neighbors "walking around" and can hear most of their conversations. If this saves anyone from wasting their hard earned money on this place I will be happy. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!
