I've posted it before, and will continue to let others know: INLET BAY SUCKS!
We recently moved to a nearby complex and love it compared to Inlet Bay.
The staff at I.B. were never nice after you move in. Maintenance' Good luck with that.
Neighbors' For the most part the other residents at I.B. are great folks. There are some turds in there, the wigger with the 26" dubs and booming system is a cancer but hey, they're everywhere.
If you're looking to rent, just keep going. The word on the street is I.B. will be another in a long line of domino's to fall and go to............
CONDO CONVERSION! It's inevitable.

I am surprised to see you are so upset by people enjoying their stay at I.B. But misleading? My experience was mine and a very good one, just as yours was what you had experienced...but to assume anyone saying something good about their stay is misleading just incorrect. No matter how bad you had it I did not share that and no matter how bad you want it to be, there are others that did not have that experience either.

i agree with the original comment, this place sucks. . . perhaps the people who thought it were great were blind and could not smell. . .
