I have to write my final review of Inlet Bay now that I'm out and just received my letter today notifying me that they are going to screw me out of a day's rent, water and trash removal. I can't believe this place. It's over-priced, the noseeums and mosquitos will eat you alive daily, the parking is horrible, too many people living in one apartment, and the office staff is TOO MUCH!! ----- has been nice, but the rest of the staff acts like corporate robutts, and I meant to spell robuts that way!! I cleaned this apartment when I moved out, even better than it was when I moved in, patched holes, and moved out 3 days early. But because that piece of paper said I would be vacating the apartment June 1, they are charging me for that day. My stupidity for thinking that I would put down the date that it would be vacant, I meant that I would be out May 31 and it would be VACATED June 1. Well, FLORIDA LAW says they have to charge me rent for that day, plus water and trash apparently! I would never move back to this place, I would never recommend it to anyone and if I had the time to waste, I would walk up and down 4th Street with a sign warning everyone else not to rent here either. Thank you ----- for all you did to try to help, I hope God blesses you with a better job where you can be the type of person I believe you to be. Anyone else vacating Inlet Bay, make sure you put down the last day you want to pay for and make sure your papers are in more than 60 days ahead of time. Believe me, I was an ideal tenant, paid my rent on time, took care of the apartment, was quiet, respected my neighbors and if they can treat a good tenant this way, image what they will do to ones who paid their rent late or made too much noise....GOOD LUCK to all you poor souls living there. I LOVE MY NEW HOME!!

Agreed, I have been screwed out of alot more money, and according to the credit agency, Inlet Bay does this often. They are poor at filing paperwork, and will back you into a corner untill you have no other option than to pay them money. The management has been horrible, and our good friend ---- who is aparently in charge of what ever, is most likely the most unintelligible person I have ever met. When we were signing our lease she did know know answers to half of our questions and did not know how to explain 85% of the lease. . .
