This property may look good from the outside, and the people will be nice to you at first. The real truth is that it is all a mask. This complex is not very well taken care of, If you don't believe me look very close to the sidewalks that are falling and the leaks in the windows. I did love living at Inlet Bay at first but like I said all of the good goes away fast after you move in. I am not sure why but they got new managers at this complex and they do not care about anyone at all. The maintence manager will say he is going to fix everything and then forgets, the property manager is just mean to everyone. I was at the pool one day and went inside to get something to drink when the property manager was yelling at one of the girls that work in the office in the middle of the office use the words-------------- at her not the kind of boss I would work for. I am not sure if the manager got fired she has not been around if a week or two, Lets hope she is gone for good! I have seen the manager and the maintence manager getting it on if you know what I mean. I am not sure what kind of company lets the managers have a relationship also but not very professional if you ask me. I am not the only person living at this complexe that has seen them doing this it is talked about allot at the pools! and the other staff at the complex I am sure have seen it. I have also seen them out side of the complex drinking together and being very friendly in public a few sat. ago. Do what you want but if you want to live at a place where the managers will care about you and treat you with respect this complex is not for you.

I am the property manager, -----, and what is written here is totally not true and slanderous. If you have an issue feel free to come to the office and talk to me. My relationship with my team is strictly that - professional. The Service Manager and myself have worked for this company and together for 12 years and are good friends and that is it. At no time whatsoever have I ever treated anyone with disrespect. In the future please refrain from slamming good, professional people. No I am not fired - I have been out with an injury so you will see my cheerful self back soon! Take Care!

I don't bother to post on this site for anything because pretty much the only people who write on this are the ones that are just not happy no matter what we do or can't follow policy and get upset when we want to enforce them, but this is where I draw the line. This is rediculous...I have worked in the office for a while and have known the manager for the last year at least. She has never disrespected any exployee in this office or cursed at them. She and the service manager have worked for this company for 12 years now and would never put their company or her reputation at stake and the gossip about their relationship..come on people are we still in the stone ages where people from opposite sexes can't be friends without all the crap to be said about them, grow up. I guess it still amazes me on how people like to talk about things they do not know anything about or maybe walk into a conversation and make their own assumption about what's going on. She has been on leave for an injury and we all can't wait for her to return. She is such happy person and has demonstrated to the company many times over that she can do her job. She and the service manager just got here in November into a property they knew little about, you can't change things over night. We had some projects going on here and they came right in the middle of it all. Also, if some of the employees get together to go out after office hours and have a few drinks well so be it...we are human and have a life other than working there and we are all old enough to do what we want. Good Lord people please find something else to do.

Inlet Bay sucks. The floors and ceilings are too thin. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT INLET BAY. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO RENT FROM.
