I have lived at the Isles since it was Summit Gateway and love this place.
my neighbors are friendly working professional. we greet each other when meeting as one is, for instance, walking the their dog. sometimes we stop and chat.
we have sometimes impromtu grilling parties at the pool. people just seem to show up and bring a dish or something to throw on the grill. when a new person or couple is there and by themselves, we invite them to join us.
we enjoy the tennis and basketball courts. I've seen neighbors practicing their putt on the grounds. the pool and hot tub are huge and awesome.
when I've had something not working, it's addressed immediately by management.
I feel at home here. not just a resident, but as family.
a new resident is welcomed by neighbors, and will enjoy their new their new home. I have for a years.

Are you sure you don't work for Isles of Gateway? You sound like one of the reps on tour with prospective new residents. Oh, and never once did any one welcome me, that would have been nice but then again I can hardly get a response when I have said "good morning" or "Hello" to other residents. I think you should go back to hanging the balloons out by the side of the road and leave this ratings site to the real residents.

i agree b/c no complex is really like that unless its strict and boaring like on tv. that sounds fake and i live at the verandahs
