I never here my neighbors.And the place is well maintained.. I like the fact that they leave a follow up card with each work order and they call you back. I was really disturbed by the comment about the trash. If people are to lazy to place their trash in the compactor then of course its going to make a mess. I feel sorry for the maitenance guys who work their butts off picking up after those people. The maintenace guys are always pressure washing the breezeways and sidewalks to keep the place clean. The management is wonderful they are extremly helpful. All I can say is I love it here.
