The rent is comparatively good. There is alot of space to walk my dog. Would very much like to see a dog playground, but there are dogwalk areas where bags are provided for pickup (of poop).

Residents are nice. Sometimes there is a noise problem at the pool late at night. But it is generally not a problem. The lead maintenance man Frank is very helpful. The rest of the staff seems to come and go rather quickly.

The biggest problem is that the trash area is never cleaned and often you get a whiff of the odor when walking in the parking lot. That area needs to be better maintained.

Overall for the rent it is a good deal.
