I moved into this complex in April. Being single, security was an issue for me and I find it very secure here. After moving in, there were a couple of things I wanted changed and the management scheduled the work quickly. The maintenance people were polite, efficient and did the work as asked. Working 3rd shift, they even worked around my crazy schedule. Last night, I came home late to find my A/C not working. I called the after hours maintenance and they were quick to respond. Because of the hour, they said they would be at my apartment at 8am...and they were. They replaced the whole unit within 2 hours. The office staff have always been nice and very helpful. As for the noise level, you can hear people walking on the boards; however, it's usually when people are wearing high heels or hard soled shoes. Never have I heard noises from the adjoining apartments or even from the one upstairs. As I live on the bottom floor, I assumed when I moved in that would be an issue as it has been in other complexes I've lived in. The grounds are very well maintained. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone. From the reviews I've been reading, it seems to me the people posting bad reviews would not be happy unless they lived on 10 acres somewhere out in the country.
