I've been debating getting on to put my thoughts. I finally decided that people who are considering this place need to know the facts. One thing to keep in mind is that the staff are salespeople. They will say what they have to to make a sale. Don't get me wrong, from my dealings with them, they seem nice. However, they will take you through the apartment in the middle of the day and say, "See how quiet!" What you don't hear are the residents going up and down the stairs at night or in the morning. I found that out the hard way. Let's just say I have to sleep with the radio on because of the stairs. In addition, My downstairs neigbors are always on their balcony, I can hear word for word their conversation, mind you, they are talking in a light conversational tone. I can hear the neigbors upstairs when they are washing their clothes or taking a shower (from my bedroom!) Let me just say this isn't all the problems here, just what I feel comfortable saying at this time. From the few residents I've talked to about this, their issues are the same. Thats apartment living.. I have lived in apartments most of my life. But I have to say The Staff at the Isles are very nice and they do go out of their way to help. Most apartments are wood contruction and stucco.. and you will here your neighbors. I love the convience of apartment living, but there is nothing like owning your own home.
