Staff is not helpful at all From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   Yes, they are nice people and smile at you all the time, but when you need something you'll get a "NO" as an aswer. They never tried to do an extra step to help a tenant. "You have ants' Can't help you , that's Florida" "Your smoke alarm beeps in the middle of the night' Cannot be, it's been fixed twice, you probably were dreaming." What I hated the most is their promise during signing the lease that they will always (!) arrange any times they need to enter your apartment. They never did. Entered whenever they wanted. Even if I asked to call me ahead. As somebody already mentioned - it's not quite when your window faces somebody's balcony. Every Sunday I was waken up in 7 am because 2 old ladies were talking on their balcony early in the morning. I always knew when somebody in my building flushed a toilet, or went up or down the stairs.
