We have lived here for 3 years & the place has gone to hell. The pool has been down for repair for severaal months (hot tub too). Gates have been broke for months. Grass is full of weeds & the good landscaping goes infront of the models while us in the back get screwed. I watched the maint. staff help push a junked truck into a parking space from infront of the model to the front of my building a year ago, it has never moved, has busted out lights, and the tags have been expired for months. I have other family that live here and their floor is caving in at several locations in their apt.New resd get new stainless steel kitchen appliances and the ones that have been loyal get a rate increase. I found out my apt is going from $1,200.00 to $1,420.00. This is the staff taking advantage of the current housing market and the property goes down while the rate and the run around go up. A fellow resident and I went to the managers about all this and were told we don't pay for all these EXTRAS, we only pay for our apt. They sure used these EXTRAS to get us in here as a sales pitch!I found a 3bd, 2 1/2bath, 1 car garage with a balcony and screen porch with an extra 300 sq ft for only a $100.00 more so re-think it!!!
