The staff send people to this site to get a feel for this complex and others in the area. It is definately not all that they say it is. The gates have not worked for weeks (according to the office this is due to rain) but generally speaking it takes a VERY long time for them to take care of any problems in the complex.
The office staff is nowhere near as helpful as they would like you to think. If you need a package or have a general question they are great. But if you actually need assistance with a real problem that requires their attention if could take a while for them to respond (if at all).
This was the last place I looked after a full day of apartment hunting. It was nicer than most of the others I had seen, so I signed the lease. It was a mistake. The apartments look nice, but this place really is not all they make it out to be. It is old and our apartment is starting to fall apart. The bathroom ceiling is about to cave in and when it rains we have water pooling in areas of our ceiling.
There are definately nicer places in the area. Not necessarily on 4th St., but over on 9th or Gandy. Do not let this be the last place you look. For the money you spend here there are definately nicer places in the area.

I agree 150% They do push this site on people when you go to look at the place. It's like they have it rigged with great ratings and reviews just to make it look good for them. Well unfortunately after you move in the nice treatment you get from them comes to a hualt. I became a victim of that myself. And the rent is just rediculous anymore! So not worth it!
