We just wanted to reply to some of the postings that are posted on this site regarding some concerns and comments.

Pool : Our pool area is currently under renovation and should be completed by 4/10/2006 Although it is frustating not being able to use the pool .. We are confident that once it is completed our residents will love the improvements. Revovating a pool is a process that takes time and patience this is why we chose to do the renovations in the winter months and we are so looking forward to the completion.

We are installing brick pavers, new tile, and resurfacing our pool.

In addition a customized BBQ area with two built in grills for our residents. The Area is covered with plenty of room for you and your family to enjoy.

Re:Gates
We have upgraded our gate system with new gates and the computer system and the system is up and running we do apologize for any inconvience this may have caused. We were just as frustrated as you were.

Re: Landscaping

We have noticed some areas that needed attention. We have address our concerns and have hired a new contractor to maintain our grounds. The new grounds crew will begin starting in May. ( Due to current contract)

We have corrected serveral of those ares as you may have noticed fresh mulch and plants throughout the community.

We ask that it there is an area that we may have missed to stop by the office and let us know. We cant fix something if we are not told about it. We love open communication with our resident because it is our goal to provide the best service and quality.

Rental increase : As you may be aware that the market in Florida is changing drasticly
taxes, insurance and utilities have sky rocked . May owners of rental communities have or are in the process of converting their properies into condos due to the cost.

Our company is commited to mainting our community as a rental property. But the cost must be shared by all.

We are making improvements to better our community for our residents.

If I were the staff or owners of The Isles at Gateway, I would be horrified by the incorrect use of grammar and punctuation throughout your response. It is great to show concern for your residents, however, in an effort to show some professionalism, please use spell check next time. Many sentences do not contain a simple noun and verb, both of which are required for a complete sentence.
