I enjoyed the people a year ago, we had residents who cared about eachother and really got along, all the sudden, trash is moving in. I have had MANY problems with my apt, lots of water leaks, mold and the fix- just slap paint on it! Mold grows below that paint! I found that the rent became OUTRAGEOUS! You can find a new apartment for much less or equal to the rent here, I mean these buildings are over 10 years old and they are having issues! They are small and damp and I recently started having problems with asthma, doctor said it must be caused by the wet enclosed space, I plan on moving immediately. Maintenance guys are nice but, women in the office MEAN! They act like you are stupid and annoying them, i swore that their job was to take care of these issues. .but us residents annoy them. Please look around, the grounds are BEAUTIFUL but, the apartments are DANGEROUS... Think about your health, just putting paint over the top of drywall is NOT healty, ask anyone at Lowe's or Home Depot what will happen.. PLEASE think twice!
