I am posting this to warn everyone Stay away from the ISLES of GATEWAY and COVES of BRIGHTON BAY !!! Below is a comparison between two 'reviews' of the two apartments. They are almost identical. Not only that, both complexes are owned by the same parent company. To top it off, both have the highest rating in the 33716 zip code. After seeing something like this, doesn't it make you really suspicious' It makes you wonder how many are real reviews and how many are employees of the two complexes posting completely falsified reviews to boost their ratings. After seeing something like this, I would never rent from either place. I was actually considering them before reading the two reviews.

Does no one else smell the BS' Even the word SURPRISED is mispelled SUPRISED in both reviews, wtf'




COVES of BRIGHTON BAY REVIEW:

We have been here for about 1 year.I was suprised to read some of the comments. I guess you take them for what they are.

We currently live in a 1bedroom apartment . We enjoy our neighboors and the staff. The office staff have breakfast once a month for the residents and the maintenance team always try to take care of our problems.

The girls in the office have always been kind and helpful. The only thing that I am not happy with the property is the parking problem in building 8th. Other than that I will live here until I buy. If you are not happy here move.

I have been here for approx 3yrs and I have had really good serice .I was suprised to read some of the comments. I guess you take them for what they are.

We currently live in a 3-bedroom apartment at the Isles. We hope to find a in the next year. However, the Isles is our home and we enjoy our neighbors and the staff at the Isles.

We have made several friends here and most have them have been here as long as we have. My children enjoy the facilities and the parties the apartments host. They always have fun games and prizes for the childern.

Frank and his guys are very knowledgable and are willing to help. The girls in the office have always been kind and helpful. I can not even begin to imagine how hard their jobs are taking care and making sure everyone is happy. I would want to be in their shoes.

You are absolutely right! That's something the people at the Isles of Gateway have always done! They are the biggest bunch of fakes you'd EVER meet in a leasing office. I've lived at that property before, and trust me, it's not at all what they try to make it sound like. They act all friendly and welcoming until you sign the lease with them, then they have collected their leasing commission from you signing, so you are useless after that! That's when you see the change in attitude and service over there. I can't say anything about the other complex, but I see a HUGE similarity in the postings between the two. I'm sure you are right!

The Isles of Gateway is owned by Capreit and The Coves of Brighton Bay are owned by Greystar. Just to correct you on that. Have a great day! :)

UMM YEAR WRONG GREYSTAR AND CAPREIT ARE SISTER COMPANIES YOU ASS... I USED TO WORK AT THE ISLES OF GATEWAY AND I WAS FORCED TO WRITE IN COMMENTS ON THE COMPLEX WHEN THE RATEINGS WERE LOW.. PAY ATTENTION TO THE USERNAMES THERE ARE ALOT OF SIMILARITIES WITH THE NAMES AND THE POSTINGS.... ALSO I WAS FORCED TO REMOVE ANY COMMENTS THAT REALLY WOULD MAKE A BAD NAME FOR US THESE ORDERS WERE FROM JONNA AND FROM DIANA OVER IN CORPORATE.. YOU'D BE SUPRISED ON HOW MUCH THEY GET AWAY WITH INCLUDING JONNAS APARTMENT PRICEING.. THOSE APRATMENTS ARE ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE LEASED PER COPORATE FOR NO LOWER THEN 900 FOR 2 BED 2 BATH... JONNA UPPED THE RATES TO PAY FOR THE HALF ASSED CHEAP LOOKING RENOVATIONS

all these companies on here seem to do that.. even way up here in ocala... can anyone really recommend a good or dare i say great place to live in the st. pete area.. am thinking of moving there but now i'm leary... thanks for the help

Its good to see other people see the BS too! How can they sleep at night?! The office staff is the worst bunch of a-holes I have ever run into!
