NOISY NEIGHBORS & NOISY PETS!!!!

When I moved into the Isles of Gateway the company representative stated that they had a policy concerning NOISY neighbors and NOISY pets. That they are given a couple of warnings and then they are asked to move. THIS IS NOT SO!!!! At all hours of the day and night there have been EXTREMELY LOUD neighbors and pets. To top that there is renovation construction taking place that has run through early morning hours into 9pm to 11pm at night.

Currently, there is a neighbor BLASTING HIS STEREO AS LOUD AS HE CAN PLAYING SOME KIND OF IRRITATING METAL MUSIC WITH NO REGARD TO HIS NEIGHBORS.

Believe me, I'm very easy going and can let a lot of things pass but this isn't the first time. The other night a guy that was working here driving a Bay Isle Tile vehicle was screaming and cursing up a storm way on his cell phone in the parking lot for several hours into the night. Never will I rent from this company or community again.

Non-existent management, poorly run. Oh they make sure the grounds looks good but, disregards the interiors of the apartments. I could name several things like the a/c, garbage disposal, paint, fixtures, etc. and could get into great detail but, I'm not going to waste any more time writing about this place. My lease will be up soon then I'm out of here!!!!

BEWARE OF ISLES OF GATEWAY!!!! FALSE GOOD RATINGS!!!! NOISY NEIGHBORS & NOISY PETS!!!! POOR MANAGEMENT!!!! POORLY KEPT APARTMENTS!!!! CONSTRUCTION AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT!!!!
