I cant believe people are so high maintenance!!

I have lived in this appartments for almost two years and i have no complains... yes some people listen to music sometimes and yes there is construction going on sometimes but how are they supposed to keep the place up if they do not fix it''' i have never seen people working late at night (why would they want to) and about the people being loud... I cant ever hear through the walls as i have in other appartments. I guess no matter what site you go on there are always going to be bad reviews from high maintenance angry people who just cant get a life!!!!!
I would recommend this place to anyone, the only thing is that it is a little pricy other than that i LOVE it!

Thanks for the feedback. I'm only concerned about whether you work for them as some other positive comments posted do seem very similar to those posted at sister company's properties. I'm signed up for an apartment with them in June, but can still back out, so I'm watching the comments. Yours do seem reasonable and I'm happy to hear a positive. The place certainly looked nice to me when I was there and the apartment was very quiet on a Sunday afternoon.

Obviously, you are a little hard of hearing. I don't mind the normal noise of people walking up and down the stairs or even the same loud truck starting up at 5:45am. I can deal with those noises, but to endure loud music or talking (as loud as someone yelling) from unconsiderate neighbors is ridiculous. The whole year that I've lived here they have been consistently working (banging) downstairs at the same hours of the day and night. No place should have to do that much work to keep up the place, here is a novel ideal do it right the first time and maybe they wouldn't have to continue to work (BANGING) on the same apartments and disturbing PAYING residents. On top of that having to deal with cig. smoke coming up through the air condition ducts from lower apartments. I'm sure that there are some people who are oblivious to this as well as other things in their lives and who are willing to settle for less when they are paying more I am not one of those individuals. When you pay as much as we do to live here you expect better. I know that you can always find negatives in people and things but this is just pathetic, where is the quality to go along with the price, I know it's not here.

oh and by the way no, i dont work for the appartments.. i do however work at home so i am here ALL day!!!! and i recommend these appartments to you but i guess it just depends on what kind of person you are...
