The noise has been a big problem and what is with the car wash machine and vaccum never working properly. I mean we pay for this through our rent to keep the ground etc. up and then we have to pay for the car wash and vaccum on top of that, but it still doesn't work. Yes, the grounds are kept up and is pretty, it's obvious where the money goes because it's not on the interiors or fixtures or service. This place needs new management to address the concerns or the resiedents and who will actually return a phone call. I guess I would be hesitant to return a resident's phone call too if I knew that I wasn't taking care of the problems that are reported. I will make sure family, friends, and co-workers know not to live here!
