Your crazy!!! Amazing staff? Thats a joke-I was in the gym the other day and one of the staff members turned the channel I was watching with out asking. All of the staff is a joke. How much did they pay you?

Didn't you know that the staff is paid to put reviews in here??? its a fact! I agree with you. Aside from Frank, the office staff is a joke. They are all smiles and waves when they have a prospect in their little cart, but otherwise they act like they never saw you before. They also have one set of rules for the staff and another for the residents. Seems the office staff can host parties(i.e. Pampered Chef) and set out Avon catalog, but the residents are not allowed to as much as put up an announcement near the mail boxes to try to do the same.
No warm and friendly sevice here.
