Well, I have to say that I completely understand why the other guy was complaining about the noise. We've been having to endure the inconsiderate behavior of another tenant learning how to play the guitar. I mean today they have headphones you can listen to yourself play without disturbing others yet, this idiot plays loud enough for the entire building to hear it. I will give the guy credit for dedication because everyday we've had to suffer hearing it for hours and hours at a time. It wouldn't be so bad if the guy played well but, he's just bad.

A new neighbor has moved in and what joy they are a dog lover who doesn't seem to care if their dog is barking all the time. I know I live in an apartment and have to get along and accept some things but, come on people have a little consideration respect for your neighbors the world doesn't revolve around you!!

Another problem is parking but, that's for another post at some other time because right now I can't hear myself think!!

I know what you mean, it seems more and more of these building are built so cheap and nobody thinks about what they are doing and how loud they are. I have some neighbors just moved and they are Spanish, lot's of cars and they are having a loud party letting their kids run free. No to say all Spanish people are that way but, these are.

The new management sucks although the previous manager was abressive.This new one looks like a ex stripper and has a piss poor attitude. Its Noisy and the mold is unbarable. I cant sleep at nights because i get hear loud parties. I got bitched at by the assist manager for leaving trash at my door and she lets her dogs run loose (pit bull ) and it shits everywhere. What an example she is. They are so rude. I used to enjoy living here not anymore Inlet Bay is much more appealing and the rents are alot less and you get more for your money.
