I visited 4 months before my lease at anothern complex was to expire. Paid their credit check fee and got approved, gave them a down payment with assurances that a unit would be available in June, 2008. I was never contacted so a month before I inquired and was cavalierly told "it looks like nothing is coming available." Not even "we're sorry" or "well put you on a wait list" or "we will have a unit available on such and such a date." Needless to say I was not impressed--they were quick to take their credit check fee and a deposit check and that's about it. My impression was that while the units looked nice and appeared to be well kept, they were smaller, had odd shaped rooms (hard to fit furniture) and were somewhat pricey. Moreover, they couldn't really tell me what the exact rent would be as it "fluctuates" from month to month. My thoughts are you could probably do better elsewhere.

Anyone writing an anonymous letter is always out to hurt the place. Always a hidden agenda. Get a life. This place is great. We have a party once a month, the grounds are superior to others. Pay for what you get. Start using your name if you have nothing to hide.

Hey Charlene P. My guess is that you work for them. The system allows anonymous posts and I choose to use that privilege. Glad you are happy there, the other posts give the readers a balanced view of the place. The management apparently stinks as I guessed from my treatment. And, as to my first comment, one of the big flaws with any system like this is that management and its stooges get to post here too, skewing the ratings.
As for your sweeping assumption that anonymous posts are "out to hurt a place" let me make one of my own--any place that has to change its name must be one with lots of negative history to hide....

Agree about this place being quick to take money; however, when it comes to giving a move in date they don't know. We were told that,"maintenance will give us a call." So when is it maintenace job to call people and let them know they can move in? Also, those office staff girls need to change their attitude before they get ----- slapped. To the person that sais "start using ur name if u have nothing to hide." shut the ---- up and find something better to do with your life. How about get a job instead of sitting on your fat ass all day.
