Too expensive for a crappy apartment ya it looks nice but I felt like I was going to fall through the floors when I walked! The maintance men are rude (the old spanish one) he talked to me like I was a dumb child or something or a student that did something wrong and the principles repremanding me! One week they where pressure washing the buildings (okay thats fine) but the water and mud had gotten under the door and on the sides of the door getting my whole entry soaked up to the carpet. When I went to the office to complain the women Ashley said "well we left a note on everybodys door saying they where going to pressure wash" OHHHH so thats suppose to tell me my whole floor is going to be disgusting when I get home from a 12 hour day at work and I'm stressed out about my husband fighting in Iraq ohhh that was suppose to tell me my dog was gonna get soaked cause thats where his crate is OHHH I didn't know that note ment all that information wow maybe you should clarify that on the note next time! I had a horrible experience here and would never recomend it! It's becoming the ghetto it's almost as if they started taking welfare money because they are scared the economys really gonna tank and thats the only money that will be left (the money the government just keeps on printing)! Just take my adivice and keep looking!

It is hard to understand why Northland continues keeping the manager, whom everyone seems to detest! Obviously, she has some connections with higher-ups. Otherwise she would have been fired long ago. Has anyone thought to write Northland Investments to complain?
