I loved it there! The staff was always friendly, they all knew my name and greeted me any time they saw me. The grounds were well kept and the pool was great. If I ever had maintenance issues they were dealt with promptly and courteously. I always received a note whenever anyone entered my apartment. They even knew when I was travelling frequently, or when I had just arrived home from a long trip. I felt very secure knowing they knew and cared about their tenants.

I only left due to my growing family, and it took a lot of negotiations for me relent and move. As a single, frequently travelling woman in a new town I couldn t have asked for a better place to live. It was wonderful! I was sad to go.

With regard to some posted comments - all of the tenants were not great, some were too lazy to put their own trash in the dumpster or clean up after their dogs and the maintenance guys would have to do it on Mondays. Some were loud lets-get-drunk-at-the-pool-30-something frat boys. Whatever...it's an apartment, so one cannot expect everyone to behave as they do. Some people are impossible to please and/or unhappy with their choice. I was never disappointed with where I called home.

If you were single why was your family growing? I don't get it

What a crock of sh@#, this is obviously a employee of the property. The story just doesn't add up, family was growing, and knew the schedule of the employees and what tasks they did, come on. Oh, and how creepy they knew when the tenant was traveling when they were home and weren't, if I was a single or married woman I would be little concerned. However, the dead give away is the statement the staff were always friendly and knew her name, I don't even think they know their own names let alone the tenants then again if she was being watched, tracked, and or stalked I guess they would.

Wow...bitter, bitter... OK, I was a tenant, I am an environmental consultant not an apartment employee...thus I travel a lot. When I was not in town my car was not parked there and no longer came in and out of the driveway and they didn't see me or hear from me for two weeks or more. Aside: With all the complaints about security, it's a bit of an advantage in my mind that they know who does and does not belong there. Also, I happened to live relatively close to the office so I frequently saw the employees when I was coming and going from work - being friendly to those who are friendly to me I waved and am on a first name basis with Frank and Susan, though I don't know the name of the others... FYI-single people do meet other single people and get married that's how families grow... Sometimes people are not happy sometimes people are - I happened to be.

It seems that on every review I have read there is always someone who is belittling someones comment by saying it must be from an office staff. Apprently it never occurs to some dimwits that there are people out there who are happy who have a life (probably a much better one than theirs) who want to bring to light some of the positive. We all know it's easier to complain when you're upset or disgruntled but it takes even more for a person who is content to seek out a site like this and comment because theres no real motivation except for expressing their view. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Of course the office management is going to try to protect their property but the complex is beautiful, and thanks to this review and a mix of others will hopefully be calling this place home (just not on the first floor to hopefully avoid the bug issues.) So thank you!
