You can only pollish a turd so much From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Just like the title says. Fixing the outside and upgrading landscaping, doesnt stop the mold from growing through because of bad windows. Painting accent walls doesnt cover it up either. Bad plumbing doesnt help either. If you like new stuff on the outside and a health hazard inside welcome home
