Less than a month to go... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I have been here for 3 yrs. I liked it in the beginning, have been upstairs in a 1 bdrm, and downstairs in a 2 bdrm. I have tried to have as little contact w/ the office as possible since they have really gotten worse over the past year (the people w/ brain cells left). They used to be fantastic! The office is very slow when it comes to getting rid of trouble maker. The front gate is always getting broken. I had ants from the day I moved in my 1 bdrm no matter how clean the place is. Some of the floors upstairs do slope, and if you live dowstairs it sounds like big foot lives above you. My air has never stoped working, but the temp is always too cold or not cold enough. When trying to make improvements they always seem to muddle things. When repaving the parking lots they sent everyone notes to move their vehicles on certain dates for each building but then did nothing. They finally did get things done. LS has been painting the complex, and req last min for you to remove everything from your balcony/ storage closet and to also be aware that the front door to your apt needs to be left wide open so they can paint the frame. When theyıre done they leave it open for everyone to see inside and then go their merry way. They also have recently had a problem w/ paying for the garbage to be picked up. The garbage man came, got out of his truck, looked at paperwork, then left. We now have small garbage cans sitting outside of every apt that is picked up 5xs per wk. That would be ok if it didnıt cause bugs and make the place look trashy. My problem isnıt so much w/ the apts as it is w/ the stupidity/ rudeness of the people that work there. (Maint. is ok, the only prob I ever had w/ them was having to camplain for 3 mo to get 6 wasps nests knocked down, and again, that fault belonged to the office. Not a horrible place to live. Nice area, close to everything. The imperfections in the apt arenıt so bad that they are noticed very often. Would live there again if they get rid of the garbage cans and get new staff.
