The person (manager) was interesting with the idiot argument. Maybe some education would help this poor soul. Name calling gets you nowhere and just makes you look stupid, as if you needed help. Please grow up. You cant deny the thievery, noise, garbage, etc. Read the police Reports and check the grounds. The manager who wrote this obviously doesnt live with this crap. The Apartment complex and community thing is what gave the managers away as to the previous post. The $99 dollar move in special (for 10 months) is indicative of Heavy turnover of residents, Right' Maybe a transient community or transient complex , Ha-Ha. Residents dont take time to write unless theres a problem. Pictures & police reports tell the whole story. Probably better than arguing the problem, maybe fixing the problem would help. Managements Name Calling will do little to fix the problem. Maybe thats it, Management needs to grow up. Management does read these because now the maintenance people wear uniform tops, the $99 special ended after 10 months, there trying to fix the gate, theyve stopped people from defecating in the pool area, etc. There still paranoid though, accusing me of writing all the previous reviews. A lot of the complaints are quite similar but I havent lived here 5 years. Another clue for ownership. Besides this forum a court is the only other venue to air complaints.. This would not be tolerated in a business atmosphere, nor will it be tolerated by me.
The pigs did leave there trash bags out during the hurricane, to blow in the wind. The dogs that run loose get into it regulary. Management will do nothing. They slammed there doors all night, etc.
