Theft is a very big problem here

I would advise everyone not to move into this apartment complex. Several automobiles have been stolen within the past year. Our truck was stolen Dec. 28th, whoever stole it also tried to steel our Dirtbikes. The apartment manager stated that there was nothing they could do. I can say that before then I did see a security guy drive by twice since that time, I have not see him at all. On 3/30/06 between 10:30 & 11am a neihbor noticed a guy steeling our dirt bikes and went to inform the manager. They did not attempt to call us at work, on our cells, or even call our apartment. When I finally confronted the manager, she stated that our neighbor never told them who they belonged to only that they were being stolen. Just so you know, our neighbor knew who we were very well and did inform them, but because we signed that waiver releasing them from any liablity, they are not held responsiable.
