Love living here. Staff is very helpful and friendly and maintenance crew gets work done quickly, even after hours. Neighbors great. Ponds, wildlife make for quiet pleasant surroundings.

Management is so poor. Look at there post. Talk to the redidents. Certain local companies refuse to serve the complex because of the thievery. Management cares more about these comments, instead of fixing the complex. The place is a toliet on a dump. Ask the residents. Turnover is frequent for staff & residents. The reason, they charge $500 a month and allow HUD housing. Living in St. Pete for over 45 years, this was the worst place I've ever seen
