Management is so poor. Look at there post. Talk to the redidents. Certain local companies refuse to serve the complex because of the thievery. Management cares more about these comments, instead of fixing the complex. The place is a toliet on a dump. Ask the residents. Turnover is frequent for staff & residents. The reason, they charge $500 a month and allow HUD housing. Living in St. Pete for over 45 years, this was the worst place I've ever seen

This is not a HUD property unless you are a HUD candidate like you seem to be. I work here and can say this with 100% assurance. Do not write misinformed reviews. I am also a "redident" here. Oh by the way I am sorry you have had to live in this sparrow fart town for 45 years. Do you have the names of the companies refusing to serve us because that is another misinformed accusation. Go live in South St. Pete, more likely to find the crack you've been smoking.
