I can not explain a headlight theif in the middle of the day or the fact that no one heard a thing, I can say that I personally spoke to this resident, asked her to call the police due to the fact that I thought someone must have hit and ran the car, and I also asked her to call me back, I never received a response. As far as the cats are concerned, we can't fix a problem we are not aware of, and this is the first time I have heard of a cat issue, but anyone can call Animal Control for a problem. Lastly, the a/c in the back laundry room is a constant battle for us as well. We have continualy expalined to our residents and put signs on the door letting them know not to prop the door open in the laundry room. Once the door is open for an extened period, the a/c unit freezes up and quits. Once we fix the unit, it starts all over again. Believe me,we would like to have a/c in the laundry room too, since more than half of our staff are residents as well.
