I'm somewhat new to this area. I moved here from another Lincoln Shores property. I've worked in a resort-style rental community before with over 800 units, as a Rental Assistant. I, too, find myself jotting down work needed to be done here as I walk around, out of habit. I don't know about Management before I came here, but they have alot of property to deal with, and have been doing a great job. The front gate has been fixed. There are things that can be done to improve our community such as putting up ash pots for smokers, so that they don't throw their cigarette butts on our landscaped property making it an eyesore. Our a/c broke a couple of times, but that's regular wear and tear. The maintenance crew was awesome and came out right away. They gave us a temporary a/c until our a/c parts came in. They also power washed the stairway area, that needed to be done. We do see alot more water bugs than at their other property. Maybe they just need something stronger to deal with it. It would be great if the property had a 'Monster Club' or after school care for the kids, and possibly organize some bus trips to go to certain fun destinations in our area. It's too bad they do not have 3 bedrooms in the community, but that would also be a great idea. Management could give out some Comment Cards to the residents, where they can write down any work needed to be done, any ideas or comments on helping to improve our community, so that they have something to work off of. If everyone works together this can be such a great place to live. We have alot of different people with different personalities living here. Warnings could be give out to those that litter or do not pick up after their pets. Management is doing their best. I hope they continue with their efforts. Great Job!
