Lincoln Shores

Not bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I moved to Lincoln Shores 3/06 sight unseen from Pittsburgh. Granted, it is not the most glamourous of apartments, but the place was very clean when I arrived. I rented a loft which was nice because you don't have neighbors upstairs or down. I never heard the neighbors on the one side of me. I never had to call maintanence, so I can't say how efficient they are. Management never bothered me. Lease ending was a breeze. The only thing I would say was bothersome, was sometimes people stay in the pool at all hours, but I sleep through most everything. I always felt safe. I read posts about cars being vandalized, and my property was never touched. Though I did see a few cars with windows broken out, which could have happened elsewhere. All in all, it is a nice place to stay for a while. I became very comfortable. PS. They pick up your garbage every night except wed and sun. Don't leave the garbage unattended over one of those nights, the raccoons are fierce. They ripped through my screened porch. Yikes!
