If you are looking for a (small)step up from your trailer, join your former neighbors here. If you work regular hours and actually like to sleep at night, look elsewhere. From the thumping of your neighbors desperate attempt at hip hop stardom, to the screaming matches between star crossed lovers in the parking lot, to the screeching of drag races through the same parking lot, you will find no shortage of things to keep you awake on a weekday night. To be fair, there are comedic moments, like when your neighbor rides up in his Rebel Flag adorned Dodge Ram blasting Wu Tang Clan at 4:30AM. (Didn't realize rap was so popular amongst the confederate set.who knew!) So that you may actually request who your neighbors will be, enter 11601 4th St N into the "address" section of the Pinellas Sheriff's Arrest Inquiry website linked below. http://pcsoweb.com/Inmate/. Here you can find (as of this writing) 4 full pages of possible neighbor nirvana! Offenses are mostly of the drug, alcohol, child abuse and domestic violence variety (although management claims to do a background check on all lease applicants).
If your idea of working a 9-5 is "not keeping it real" enough, welcome to paradise! All others, I suggest looking elsewhere.

First of all, this is a large community, so you're going to have people of all kinds here. It's affordable, which also means that you're going to find all different levels of people. However, I have lived here almost 6 months with no problems. It isn't the Taj Mahal, but it isn't horrible either. I have a lakeview 2nd floor proerty and it's excellent for me. You get what you pay for, people. Stop complaining.

"i've lived here for 3 years.." Ok - problem number 1. Why would you ever live in the same complex for 3 years? because this happens: "you must have rec'd a much better deal than i did when renewing" - of course they did, retard. they are new tenants! all new tenants get better deals, thats why you don't stay in the same complex more than 2 years.

Never said I was the only one with the flag on my truck just mearly said that I dont know of another one in here with it. Well not really too worried actually seeing how my stereo doesnt boom with hip hop and if I did it would be my choice. Hell they even play that music in country clubs now so its not too suprising actually. But to each their own. What color is this Ram if I may ask?

truck was white, but its been a while since i have seen it...not that this has anything to do with teh complex, but, come on people! please dont tell me the irony of a white kid in a pick up truck adorning the predominant symbol of the Confederacy blasting a black art form is lost on all but me?!?!?!?!?!?
