No major complaints so far, I have lived here almost a yr now. The only thing is the wording in the lease is a little scary; if you move out early, you pay for every month remaining on the lease up until someone else rents it, in addition to some early move out fee and 60 days worth of rent. If you ask me that borders on illegal.
So far the place has been pretty clean other than the ants. After trying about 3 different ant traps I finally found one that worked. My other complaint is the terrible recycled water they use in the sprinklers. It smells like rotten eggs and it leaves spots all over your car. If you don't wash it at least once a week, the spots will become permanent. I think this problem is common in FL though.
My only other complaint is that if you have a satellite it must be inside your porch. This really limits your options if you plan on subscribing to DirectTV or Dishnetwork. Most of the apartments are facing the wrong way. I do not like being stuck with overpriced cable.
No other complaints so far.

If you need to leave before your lease expires, you are responsible for the rent for the remaining months until it is reoccupied. We do not charge any extra fees or rent. Please feel free to call our office if you have any questions about the policies. Lincoln Shores Management
