the staff at this apartment complex lost my rent money orders 2 MONTHS IN A ROW. i was taken to court and for some reason i am held responsible for the rent that they lost - and they admit to losing to. i made several attempts to contact the corporate office and got no response. and the women that work in the office did absolutely nothing to help the situation, except to say sorry and i have to get the money orders tracked and re-issued-and in the meantime, i am under the process of eviction. i have done nothing wrong, and have lived in many apartment complexes, and have never, ever had to deal with the stuff i have to put up with here. i would not suggest it to ANYONE.

This is Management and unfortunately this statement is not true at all. Tara claims that we lost her checks in December 2007 and January 2008. We took her word for it and paid to get her refund checks from the money order companies. We waived her late fees until we received these back. We still have not received the 2nd one which was half of January rent and she told us that she did get the refund check and it was cashed by her boyfriend that left her. We also have not received half of April's rent, any May rent or any June rent. She also owes us over 200 dollars for her water bill. This is why she is being evicted. We went out of our way to help her and I am sorry to lose any resident, but if you do not pay your rent, unfortunately we will have to follow policy.
