You should have known when you moved in they were becoming condos considering the fact that you moved into the complex in 2005. I knew in 2004 that they were headed for conversion. I lived in the Carlton Towers, (aka Beacon on Third) as a rental with a fabulous view of downtown for two years and I was given several months notice to buy or move out. Your two weeks to move out BS sounds a little fishy to me. Go buy something, get some equity, what are you doing renting in such an upscale place anyway? You are throwing money away. Go buy something now. ANYTHING!
