MarJon - Great Location and Community

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I am a 49 year old CPA living at the MarJon apartments. The MarJon is perfectly situated in downtown St Pete and is primarily inhabited by professionals from 25 through 60. Although I own several rental houses, I prefer to reside at the Marjon due to my great neighbors and the great location. The management company can be a bit slow, but they have addressed all of my individual requests.
