Ghetto full of scumbags From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This is the worst place I have ever lived in. the grounds are filthy and there is no grass at all just weeds. The buildings are poorly maintained and appear rather shabby. The parking lot is filthy and was never swept in the year I lived there. I was actually embarrassed to bring people to my home. They allow tenants to enclose their parches with what ever they want. With no consideration of aesthetics, some have even added screen front doors. They allow certain tenants to do whatever while others are constantly harassed for the slightest infraction. The management is awful and allows mentally handicap people who live here on their own with no supervision, who harass and constantly complain about other tenants. One such tenant would vomit on my stairs daily and vandalized my car several times with no recourse from the management. The same tenant would through things on my balcony from below when I was not home, sometimes dangerous objects such as a piece of wood with a nail in it. Even after we complained about the tenant on several occasions the management felt it ok to hire the same person who harassed us to their staff. There are hoodlum kids running around all over who stand in the middle of the parking lots and refuse to move for on coming traffic, intimidating the residents. The security gates allow any one in by tailgating the car in front, most residents dont even pay the $25.00 for there own remote they know they can just follow someone else. My wife and I never felt safe while living here and when we complained to the management about these issues and wanting to leave the community, even if it meant that we would lose all of our security deposit, they would threaten to sue. Anyone who moves in here is a fool and has been duped by the management.
