I personally have had no problems in the complex or with the staff in the time I have lived in the apt. I have lived in 2 different apts. Whenever I have had problems, maintenace comes and does what they need to do with not additional problems. Rent has only been raised once outside of my moving to a bigger apt. The apt does flood badly during rain storms. People don't care if you pay for your parking space or not they will park in your spot regardless. The complex is an older complex if you compare it to the newer ones in the area. Apts, I think, should be updated with new appliances and cabnets. Noise level isn't too bad however I sometimes can hear the people walking around upstairs or the neighbors music. But that comes with the territory of living in an apt. All in all this isn't a bad apt complex it could use some updating however I don't want it to be converted to condo's like the rest of the apt in the area.
