I seems like florida apts. keep getting bought out by these big companys who care only about themselfs. I have lived in Oak Court Apts for a year know. I moved in May 2nd , in June they were bought buy this corp company. After my lease came up for renewel they did everything humanly possible to push all the residents out. After dealing with construction and being waken up every morning from construction the most they could have done was notify us when painting or other construction that would damage are clothing or are cars. Don't expect a good relationship out of a money hungry corp. Thanks,,

These apartments are like section 8. The manager is the worst, I have ever seen. She is lazy and the elevators are nasty and always dirty. They need to be on the news for being a slump lord. Can we get anyone to speak english? Money hungry. I got robbed in the parking lot. We need a secruity guard or a big bad dog.
