I've been living in oak court for a while now and am enjoying it. The apartments are newly remodeled and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that the garbage disposal in my room doesn't work very well, but overall they're good apartments.

Maybe you should report it to the office staff, so they can send a technician to look at it.
