This company was bought by a corporation headed by a very famous athlete. They immediately started eliminating amenities such as the recreation room, as well as pool side grills. their renovation crew is/was loud and extremely discourteous. They repeatedly damaged resident property by not notifying tenants of work to be performed. The security gates rarely work and their employees block open doors that are to remained locked for security. There was a recent armed robbery in the "secure" lot. Security was provided before this company purchased this building, it was quickly eliminated. There have also been multiple vehicular burglaries at this building and no upgraded to security were made.
The maintenance staff is either unable or unwilling to fix anything without the threat of pressure from state agencies.
