Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
i have a new remodeled apt and it has all tile except in bedroom which has new carpet. for the most part it has been great. for the most part it has been great... no problems except one noisy person next door... if you need a one bedroom apt this is a good place and i would recommend it.
