Well, I have only lived in these apartments for a couple months but so far the positives out-weigh the negatives. The only problems I've really had so far is that the previous tenant smoked heavily and we have not been able to get that smell out yet despite all our efforts. They should at least having smoking and non-smoking apartments. The only other concern is the floors are so thin that you would swear the people that live above us weighed 500lbs. It's ridiculous. But the facilities and the pool are really nice.
